Shipping Methods
Orders will be delivered using one of the following methods:

Yamato Transport (Nekoposu) – Mailbox delivery

Japan Post (Yu-Pack) – Standard courier delivery
Nekoposu is available only for products designated as eligible by our store.
If items are not eligible or the order quantity exceeds the specified limit, shipment will be made via courier (Yu-Pack).
Depending on product size and quantity, shipments exceeding size 100 may be divided into multiple parcels.
If the total order amount is JPY 25,000 (tax included) or more, no additional shipping fee will be charged even if multiple parcels are required.
Shipping Time

In-stock items: Shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Back-ordered items: Shipped within 3–5 business days after stock arrival.
Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, traffic conditions, high shipping volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If we determine that procurement of the product is impossible or due to other unavoidable reasons, we may cancel your order.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship in the following cases:

For fraud prevention purposes, shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been confirmed.

As a general rule, returns are not accepted.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of defective products.
To qualify:

The product must be returned within 12 days of receipt using our designated return method.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges, even for defective products, if:

The product condition differs from its original delivered state (damage, stains, wrinkles, odors, etc.)
For defective products, return shipping costs will be borne by the Company.
